Policy Agreement

The Cat's Meow Cat Sitters Terms & Conditions of Service Terms and Conditions
This electronically signed document is an agreement between The Cat's Meow Cat Sitters and the Client for The Cat's Meow Cat Sitters to provide pet care services for the Client. The parties herein agree as follows:

Services
The Pet Sitter agrees to provide the following services:

Feeding and providing fresh water for the pet(s)
Administering any necessary medications as instructed
Cleaning litter boxes or other pet-related messes
Notifying the owner of any concerns or emergencies

Payment
The pet owner agrees to pay the pet sitter the total amount of invoice for the entire duration of the service. Payment will be made on or before the first day of service.

Access to Property
The pet owner grants the pet sitter access to the property during the agreed-upon dates and times. The pet sitter will keep keys on file, unless other arrangements are made.

Emergency Contact
In case of an emergency, the pet sitter is authorized to seek veterinary care for the pet(s). The pet owner will be responsible for all veterinary expenses. Please note: The Cat's Meow Cat Sitters will ALWAYS attempt to contact the owner as well as the emergency contact first.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the pet owner agrees to provide 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.

Liability
The pet sitter agrees to exercise reasonable care when caring for the pet(s). However, the pet owner acknowledges that the pet sitter is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur.

Indemnification
The pet owner agrees to indemnify and hold the pet sitter harmless from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising out of the pet owner's negligence or failure to disclose relevant information about the pet(s).
